Registration

When should I register? Expand

Register as soon as you can! The registration fee to attend the conference will increase from $300 to $320 beginning Saturday, July 16, 2022.

You may register in-person at the conference at the $320/delegate rate. Where do I pick up my badge? Expand

You can pick up your badge at the Registration Desk beginning Wednesday, May 3rd. The desk will be open all conference long.

What is the Refund Policy? Expand Are there discounts? Expand

We are not offering discounts at this time. NEC organizers are seeking to determine rates for current full-time students of accredited academic institutions. Please check back soon for updated details.

Are there one day passes available? Expand

No. Only full conference passes are available at this time.

Can I buy additional gala tickets? Expand

Yes! Single gala tickets for Saturday, August 6th are available for purchase at $125. Please click here to register.

What are the Student Rates? Expand

From now until June 27, 2022 at 5 PM EST:

  • $100rate for college students ONLY
    • This must be verified through THIS FORM BEFORE registration
  • $175rate for EPYC coaches and staff
  • Those who register after the deadline will pay full $300 (or $320 if past the general admission late registration on July 16).

What is the Dress Code? Expand Conference: Smart Casual Gala: Formal / Filipiniana Are meals included? Expand

Lunch is included with your registration (Thursday, Friday and Saturday). There is a wide range of dining options close to the hotel to satisfy your breakfast and dinner cravings. Check-in with the hotel concierge for your options!

Dinner for the 25th Anniversary Gala on the evening of Saturday, August 6th will also be covered in the $300 registration fee.

Miscellaneous

Where is the event taking place? Expand The full conference and 25th Anniversary Gala will be taking place in Harrah’s Las Vegas. We are offering discounted rates during the duration of the conference. Deadline for hotel reservations with NaFFAA’s group rate is Friday, July 1, 2022. To book your hotel and avail of NaFFAA’s group “room block” rate, please register in the link above. What safety precautions are in place for COVID-19? Expand

The National Federation of Filipino American Associations continues to monitor guidance put in place by Harrah’s, the city of Las Vegas, the state of Nevada, and all federal authorities to ensure the safety of all attendees, exhibitors, and staff.

We will continue to refer to the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority website for updated protocols.
