The National Federation of Filipino American Associations (NaFFAA) will host its 2022 National Empowerment Conference (NEC) from August 4-7, 2022 at Harrah’s in Las Vegas, NV. Through the theme, “Navigating the Present, Shaping the Future,” NaFFAA will seek to address key issues impacting the community post-Covid and into the midterms, and to lay out a roadmap to build a unified vision for the community the next 25 years and beyond.
In 1997 during NaFFAA’s first NEC, over 1,000 delegates from various Filipino American organizations across the United States recognized that laws were constantly being passed by the U.S. Congress, by State Legislatures and by voters in State Propositions, that affected the well-being of our community without any organized and effective response from us. NaFFAA founders sought to build a conference to amplify a unified voice of an empowered community by asserting its role in mainstream America and creating a bold plan of action.
Twenty-five years later, NaFFAA’s 2022 NEC aims to convene 1,000 Filipinos from all generations and regions throughout the United States.

If you prefer to phone in your reservation, you may call the Reservation Center at 800-214-9110 to secure a reservation on our group block. However, you should be aware that a processing fee per reservation will be incurred if you choose not to use our dedicated web link. Currently, the name of the group is listed as NaFFAA NEC ’22. You may also use our group code to identify your group, SHNAF2.
Deadline for hotel reservations with NaFFAA’s group rate is Friday, July 1, 2022. After that time, the regular rate will be offered based on hotel availability only!

GENERAL ADMISSION is $300.00 per person

STUDENT RATE is $100 per person through the Registration Portal.
- All students must be verified and approved through the link attached here.
- Those under the age of 18 must be approved by a parent/legal guardian with a signed waiver.
